These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Banteng69 ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform", "the Operator") governing your use of the Banteng69 online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://banteng69.cam/ and any associated mobile or web-based applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager on Banteng69, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all prior versions. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account held by a User on the Banteng69 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds credited to a User's Account, including cash balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback reward, or other incentive credited to a User's Account by the Operator.
• "Deposit" means any funds transferred by the User to their Account via an accepted payment method, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, Bitcoin (BTC), or USDT.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Operator before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required.
• "Platform" refers collectively to the Banteng69 website, its sub-pages, APIs, mobile interfaces, and any related digital services operated by the Operator.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited by law, including but not limited to the United States, France, and any other jurisdiction expressly excluded in these Terms or on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be bet in aggregate before it or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from a User's Account Balance back to a User's designated bank account or payment method.

To register and maintain an Account on Banteng69, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Banteng69 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all users. This is not merely a policy preference — it is a mandatory condition of use. Users found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended and all funds held pending investigation.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You must not reside in or be accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from Banteng69 or any affiliated platform under our Responsible Gambling Programme.
• You must not be registered as a problem gambler with any national or international responsible gambling organisation that has notified the Operator.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep that information up to date at all times.

The Operator also reserves the right to restrict access to specific markets or game categories based on the User's jurisdiction, in order to comply with applicable international gaming regulations.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Banteng69 Platform at any given time. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or personal details — are strictly prohibited.

By accessing and using the Banteng69 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You agree that:

• You will access the Platform using your own registered Account only.
• You will not use the Platform in any manner that may damage, disable, overburden, or impair its functionality or the experience of other users.
• You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, server infrastructure, or associated databases.
• You will not use any automated script, bot, scraper, crawler, or similar technology to interact with the Platform without express written authorisation from the Operator.
• You acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you participate entirely at your own risk.
• You will not use the Platform to launder funds or engage in any other illegal financial activity.

Banteng69 accepts deposits via the following payment channels: FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB online banking, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong online banking, Bitcoin (BTC), and USDT (Tether). Supported payment methods may change from time to time at the Operator's discretion.

Users may request withdrawal of their available cash Balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section and compliance with KYC requirements.

• Withdrawal requests require a verified Account. KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated. Minimum withdrawal thresholds for cryptocurrency channels may differ.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible, in compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.
• The Operator targets withdrawal processing within 5 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating hours. Actual settlement times may be affected by the User's bank or payment provider processing schedules.
• The Operator reserves the right to conduct additional verification or place a temporary hold on withdrawal requests that trigger risk or compliance review thresholds.
• Users may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active bonus wagering requirement or that are otherwise encumbered by a promotional condition.
• Any applicable transaction fees charged by receiving banks or payment services are the User's sole responsibility.

Banteng69 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms at the time of issuance. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and a bonus-specific promotion page, the more specific promotion terms shall prevail for that offer.

The Operator reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice, and to apply discretionary adjustments where promotional terms have been misused or where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect offer being made available.

All bets placed on Banteng69 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. These rules are published on the relevant sections of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. Key general betting rules include:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed by the User unless permitted under a specific "cash-out" feature for that market.
• In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrectly priced markets, technical glitches that display erroneous odds, or obvious data feed errors — the Operator reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes.
• For live (in-play) sports markets, the Operator may suspend betting temporarily to reflect changing match conditions. Bets placed during any suspension period may be voided at the Operator's discretion.
• The Operator reserves the right to limit the maximum stake amount accepted on any market at its discretion, including for high-profile events such as EPL match days, Liga Super Malaysia finals, or UFC PPV cards.
• For casino games, the applicable Return to Player (RTP) percentage is as certified by the game provider and disclosed in the game's information section. Past results do not influence future outcomes due to certified random number generation (RNG).

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the Banteng69 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, or using another person's Account credentials;
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or illegal fund transfer;
• Employing automated betting software, bots, algorithmic trading scripts, or any unauthorised software to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any coordinated activity intended to defraud the Platform or its Users;
• Engaging in collusion with other Users to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures;
• Systematic exploitation of software bugs, errors, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking service to circumvent geo-restrictions or to misrepresent your jurisdiction of access;
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals on confirmed deposit transactions without a legitimate dispute resolution basis.

Banteng69 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and maintaining a safe gaming environment for all eligible Players. The Platform provides the following player-protection tools:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps, which take immediate effect upon activation.
• Loss Limits: Users may set limits on the amount they are prepared to lose within a given period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated reminders notify Users upon reaching a pre-set session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request suspension of their Account for a period of 30 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, duplication, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content;
• Modification or derivative creation from any Platform content;
• Framing, mirroring, or scraping of the Platform or its data;
• Removal or alteration of any intellectual property notices.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content may result in Account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Banteng69 and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the User's access to or use of the Platform;
• Loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from or related to Platform use;
• Service interruptions, technical failures, server downtime, or connectivity issues caused by factors beyond the Operator's reasonable control;
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the User's failure to maintain credential confidentiality;
• Acts or omissions of third-party payment service providers, banks, or game content suppliers;
• Any failure by the User to comply with applicable local laws regarding online gambling participation.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by the Operator's negligence, where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

Banteng69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a material change, the Operator will publish the revised Terms on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date and will, where practicable, provide advance notice to registered Users via email or on-Platform notification.

It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes the User's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Banteng69 holds its operating licence. The Operator is licensed to operate under an international online gaming licensing framework; the specific governing jurisdiction is disclosed to Users upon request.

In the event of a dispute between a User and the Operator, the following resolution process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: Users are encouraged to first contact Banteng69 customer support at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. The Operator commits to responding to all formal complaints within 5 business days.
2. Escalation: If the dispute is not resolved informally within 14 days, the User may escalate the matter to the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
3. Arbitration: Disputes not resolved through the above steps may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Nothing in this section prevents a User from seeking urgent injunctive relief before a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect their immediate legal interests.
